This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled for orders placed through Plumb Parts Xpress.

Return Window

Eligible items may be requested for return within the return window shown for your order. Items must be unused, in resaleable condition, and returned with original packaging where applicable.

Items That May Not Be Returnable

  • Items that have been installed, used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Special order, custom, clearance, or non-stock items unless faulty.
  • Items missing required accessories, manuals, packaging, or proof of purchase.

Return Approval

Return requests are reviewed before approval. We may ask for photos, order details, or additional information to assess the request.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
  • Refund timing depends on payment provider and bank processing times.
  • Delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or faulty item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos so we can review the issue.
